Establishing Documents

Measure G, approved by Los Angeles County voters in 2024, required the creation of the Los Angeles County Ethics Commission and the Office of Ethics Compliance. The Board of Supervisors established both bodies through ordinance in 2026. The documents below record each step, from the 2024 Board motions that proposed the Charter amendment through the 2026 ordinance and the first appointments.
